Phnom Penh, August 15, 2024: The President of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC), Dr. Thong Khon, expressed his deep appreciation for the performance of Cambodia’s rap star, VannDa, at the closing ceremony of the 33rd Olympics in Paris, France.

Speaking upon VannDa’s return to Phnom Penh International Airport, Dr. Thong Khon, who also serves as Senior Minister in Charge of Special Missions, highlighted the significance of VannDa's performance in promoting Cambodia's rich cultural heritage on the global stage. He extended his gratitude to the French Government for the honor bestowed upon Cambodia by featuring one of its most celebrated artists at such a prestigious event.

VannDa, whose full name is Mann Vannda, described the opportunity to perform at the Olympics as a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
